Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SauberEko s. r. o., operator of the Tigik application (tigik.saubereko.eu), processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Slovak Personal Data Protection Act (No. 18/2018).

2. Data We Collect
Registration: name, email address, password (bcrypt-hashed), language preference, profile info (company, specialization, city). Payment: billing data (company ID, VAT ID, address), Stripe Customer ID, transaction history. AI advisor: question/answer text. Community chat: messages and uploaded images.
3. Purpose of Processing
Provision of Tigik services (calculators, AI, community), subscription and billing management (legal basis: contract performance), service emails (payments, certificates, notifications), application security and fraud prevention, issuing accounting documents pursuant to § 75 of Act No. 222/2004.
4. Data Recipients (Processors)
Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing, receipts. Resend.com (USA) — transactional emails. MongoDB Atlas (EU region) — database storage. Emergent Labs — backend and frontend hosting. Google LLC — traffic analytics. All processors have signed GDPR DPAs.
5. Retention Period
Account & personal data: duration of account + 1 year after deletion. Accounting records: 10 years (Act No. 431/2002 on Accounting). Chat messages: until deleted by user or admin. Logs: 90 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)
Right to access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, data portability, objection, lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic). Requests handled within 30 days at info@saubereko.eu.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Only essential cookies (auth token, language, preferences). No advertising or third-party cookies. Local browser storage: JWT token, language choice, last-opened page.
8. Security
Passwords: bcrypt + salt. Communication: HTTPS (TLS 1.3) via Cloudflare. Tokens: JWT with 30-day expiration. We cannot view your password — use the password reset feature. Regular security audits of dependencies.
9. Minors
Tigik is not intended for persons under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
10. Policy Changes
We will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of material changes. Minor edits (typos, wording) may be applied without notice.
