Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between SauberEko s. r. o., operator of the Tigik application, and its users.
1. Operator
SauberEko s. r. o., Ivana Krasku 25/9, 972 71 Nováky, Slovakia. Company ID: 57356050, VAT ID: SK2122719995 (§7a). Registered with the Commercial Register of the Trenčín City Court. Contact: info@saubereko.eu.
2. Service
Tigik is a web and mobile application providing: (a) calculators for TIG / orbital / pipefitting welding, (b) AI advisor Sauberino, (c) expert community with chat and profiles, (d) job ads marketplace. Registration required. Some content requires an active subscription.
3. Subscriptions & Pricing
Tigik START: €1.99 one-time (2-day access). Tigik ACTIVE: €3.99 weekly, auto-renewing. Tigik PRO: €9.99 monthly, auto-renewing. Prices are final, VAT-exempt under §7a (cross-border digital services). Payments processed by Stripe Inc. Invoices delivered by email.
4. Auto-renewal & Cancellation
ACTIVE and PRO subscriptions auto-renew via stored card. Cancel anytime under Profile → Subscription → Cancel. Access remains valid until the end of the paid period. No further charges after cancellation.
5. Right of Withdrawal (digital services)
Per Section 7(6)(l) of Slovak Act No. 102/2014, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal for digital content upon access activation (i.e., first login after payment). Donations are non-refundable as they constitute voluntary support.
6. User Obligations
Provide accurate information, safeguard your password, refrain from illegal use, respect copyright and personality rights. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
7. Community Rules
Prohibited in chat and public profiles: spam, insults, profanity, misleading ads, sharing third-party personal data, illegal or harmful content. Moderators and admins may delete content and restrict accounts without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding ("Tigik", "SauberEko®", mascot Sauberino), calculation formulas, and databases are intellectual property of SauberEko s. r. o. Reproduction, reverse engineering, and commercial use without written consent are prohibited.
9. AI Advisor — Liability Limits
AI Sauberino provides informational recommendations based on general welding knowledge. It does not replace a certified welding engineer, EN/ISO standards, or customer-internal WPS. Operator is not liable for damages from misapplied AI advice. Always consult certified personnel for critical welds.
10. Service Availability (SLA)
Target uptime: 99.5% monthly. Planned maintenance announced 24h in advance. Unplanned outages exceeding 24h continuously: user entitled to subscription extension by equivalent time.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes resolved primarily by agreement. Otherwise, jurisdiction of competent Slovak courts. Consumers may also use the Slovak alternative dispute resolution body (https://www.soi.sk).
12. Final Provisions
These Terms become effective on February 26, 2026 and supersede all previous versions. Operator may modify the Terms with 14-day email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
